Brent's responsibilities include retail and restaurant tenant representation, site selection and diposition, landlord representation and investment sales.

Professional Experience

Brent's career began in 1996 with the development consulting firm Berrymand & Henigar. Since that time, he has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience in retail leasing, land acquisition and site selection services, having worked with the retail real estate firms SullivanHayes Brokerage and Retail Brokers, Inc. in the Denver market prior to relocating to Idaho in 2008. Brent is also a professionally-accredited land planner and brings substantial value to his clients in matters involving land development and project entitlements.

Education

Brent graduated from the Univeristy of Florida with a master's degree in land planning. He is also a past attendee of ICSC's Univeristy of Shopping Centers at the Wharton School of Business and the Advanced Shopping Center Leasing Program at the John T. Riordan School for Professional Development.

Affliations

Brent is a member of the International Coundil of shopping Centers and is one of only six real estate brokers in Idaho to have attained ICSC's Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) acccreditation. He is also a Certificed Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
