Donald's responsibilities include retail and restaurant tenant representation, site selection and diposition, landlord representation and investment sales.

Professional Experience

Donald Zebe brings and established wealth of experience in leasing, land acquisition, development, entitlements, and site selection services. Donald's real estate career began in 2004, with the acquisition and development of Pocatello Square regional shopping center as principal owner and developer. Prior to returning to Pocatello, Donald was a senior executive with GE Capital.

Education

Donald earned a BBA in Business Management from Idaho State Univesity in Pocatello, Idaho. Donal earned his Black Belt in Six Sigma while at GE, where he led a national and international sales organization, coupled with being a team member of acquisitions.

Affliations

Donald is a member of the International Council of Shopping centers (ICSC). He was the driving force and founder of Pocatello Development Authority in securing $7.3 million in tax increment financing, which provided the funding for all public infrastructure. This development was awarded the Idaho Planning Association's "Outstanding Planning Award" in 2005.
