Tracy Doong joined Pentad in November of 1999 as a retail specialist, and brings 20 years of business and restaurant management experience to her position.

Tracy specializes in establishing solid personal relationship with local business community leaders, government managing authorities, and new immigrant clients. She goes the extra mile to help clients get settled in the community. Tracy's seven-days-a-week availability, hassle-free service, and quick response to clients' questions earned her a reputation as a broker who believes "service must come first" and "if you provide the best possible service, the production will follow."

Tracy has earned the highly respected CCIM designation, referred to by some as the "Ph.D." of the industry. The highly analytical, yet practical skills she gained in her CCIM education give her an edge in the rugged and fast-paced marketplace.
