Vince Webb has been at Pentad since 1995. Having worked in various aspects of commercial real estate since 1971, Vince has prepared market studies in over 90 major cities for the underwriting of the acquisition of shopping centers, office buildings and apartments.

He currently manages property for several commercial clients, including preparation of business plans and budgets, vendor and contractor negotiations, tenant build-outs and expansions, and rent collection and leasing. Controlling costs and effective property management to increase profitability are some of Vince's strengths. Most recently, he administered an insurance program protecting over $400 million in real estate assets involving all lines of worker's compensation, property, and casualty insurance.

As principal broker, Vince manages the office and agents and helps grow the Pentad business. Key accomplishments include setting up a streamlined accounting system, and procedures for controlling costs and management of real estate agents.
